• Payment Data: transaction identifiers and billing status (payment card data is processed by third-party payment providers and is never stored by us).

2. Purpose of Data Processing

• to operate and maintain the Platform;

• to process payments and payouts;

• to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;

3. KYC / Identity Verification

Content creators are required to complete identity, age, and liveness verification.

Verification is conducted through SumSub, a third-party identity verification provider.
SumSub processes data on our behalf and in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Failure to complete verification may result in suspension or termination of the creator account.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform, to analyze traffic, and to support marketing and advertising activities.

Types of cookies used may include:

• Strictly necessary cookies – required for core Platform functionality and security;

• Analytics cookies – used to measure traffic, usage patterns, and performance;
